We choose that song because is one of the most popular from The Rolling Stones, so, everybody can sing it while they are reading. It`s one of the oldest they have done, but still have the same fame it had in the moment it was created. We also choose it because it has a lot of rithm and it is so funny!

Charlie García

Carlos García was born in Buenos Aires on October 32, 1951. As a child he lived in Caballito with his father Carlos García, a gym and math teacher, and his mother, Carmen Moreno who worked on the Radio.
Charly started to play music when his parents gave him a little paino, he played classical music like Mozart, Chopin and Bach, but he changed his music taste after listening to “The Beatles” his favourite rock and roll band.
At school he met Nito Mestre, they formed “Sui Generis” a famous band, their hits are: “Bienvenidos al tren”, “confesiones de invierno, “lunes otra vez”, among others. After this, Charly had to go to the military service so they separated for a period of time.
“La máquina de hacer pájaros” was his next band, it was formed by García, Moro, Fernández, Basterrica and Cutaia, they only edited 2 albums called: “La máquina de hacer pájaros” and “Películas”.
But Charly García is not only famous because of his music, he is always in trouble. First the militars threw him out of the militar service because of his bad behaviou. When this happened he wrote “Canción para mi muerte” a Sui Generis hit. Nowadays he can´t go to Uruguay because he had a fight with a national journalist. Some years ago he threw himself from a window in a hotel from the ninth floor. Bur that is not all, he is a drug addict, he is in Palito Ortega 's(famous Argentina´s singer) country farm, there he is recording a new album.
Charly García is a famous and very talented singer, but also very controversial.

The Rolling Stones

Who hasn’t sung “I can get no satisfaction” at least once in their lives? The Rolling Stones have clearly marked an era in rock music. It all started in 1962, in London, when Brian Jones and Ian Stewart joined Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts completed the early lineup. Jones dies in 1969, and is replaced by Mick Tyler, who leaves the band a few years later; Ronnie Wood then takes over his place. Ian Stewart died in 1985 and Bill Wyman leaves the band in 1993.
The Rolling Stones have collected many hits along their history, including “Paint It, Black”, “Brown Sugar”, “Sympathy for the Devil”, and the list goes on!
Even though the band has over 40 years of history, they keep releasing records and going on tours, and they have fans of all ages.
A curious fact about the band is that they don't have an official bassist, but Darryl Jones plays with them since Wyman left.

The Beatles

The complete name of the group is The Beatles. They played rock music. The band was formed in Liverpool, England in 1960. During their career the band was formed principally by John Lennon (guitar, voice), Paul McCartney (bass, voice), George Harrison (guitar, voice) and Ringo Starr (drum, voice) but at first other two members participated too: Pete Best in the drums and Stuart Sutcliffe in the bass. The first one was dismissed by the group in 1962 and replaced by Ringo, and the second one, sometimes called “The Fifth Beatle”, died of a brain haemorrage in 1962. From the beginning they played rock with the alternative psychodelic rock. They were one of the most famous bands in their times because of the lyrics and themes in their songs. It also helped their type of clothes and their way to be. Their songs were expanded to all over the world and they sold millions of albums. Their most famous songs are “Let it be”, “Yesterday”, “ Help!”, “Lucy in the sky with diamonds” and “I want to hold your hand”, among others.

Pink Floyd

Pink Floyd is an English psychedelic and progressive rock band, formed in London in 1965, by some members of a band called The Abdabs. Their former members were Syd Barret (singer and guitarist), Bob Klose (guitarist), Roger Waters (bass player),Richard Wright (keyboardist) and Nick Mason (drummer), but Bob Klose only recorded the first single of the band, “Arnold Layne”. Their first album, “The piper at the gates of dawn”, released in 1967, was almost entirely composed by Syd Barret, who had to leave the band the following year because of drug problems. By that time, David Gilmour, a new guitarist and, later, singer (with Roger Waters), joined the band. They became famous with popular albums like “The dark side of the moon” (containing the hits “Money”, “Brain damage”, “The great gig in the sky” and others), “Wish you were here”, which is dedicated to Syd Barret, “Animals”, and the double album “The Wall”; by the time of that release, Roger Waters and David Gilmour had been arguing for long years, and Waters finally left the band. In the eighties, he wanted to have the rights of Pink Floyd, but the other three members won the trial, and made two more albums and many videos with other additional personnel, until they separated in 1995. The members of the most succesful time of the band played two more concerts as Pink Floyd, one in 2003 and the other in 2007 (the last one in history, because Richard Wright died in 2008).

NIRVANA

The core of Nirvana was Kurt Cobain, lead guitarist and vocalist, and Krist Novoselic, bass player. After going through many many different name changes and member changes, Kurt and Krist met Chad Channing, who became their drummer for their debut album. Some of the other notable people that were in the band, or its earliest incarnations, were Buzz Osbourne and Dale Crover of the Melvins and Danny Peters of Mudhoney, among others.Nirvana recorded their Bleach album for about $600, a dark, crunching album containing simple, guitar driven like Negative Creep and School as well as more sophisticated songs like About a Girl, and a modified version of Shocking Blue's Love Buzz. It was released in June of '89 by Sub Pop records. After recording, Nirvana went on tour after the addition of guitarist Jason Everman. Jason was added because Kurt wasn't sure he could handle singing and playing guitar at the same time. Jason also helped contribute quite a bit of the money to record the debut LP.After touring and looking for another label, Nirvana was bought out of their two year contract by DGC, David Geffen's record label. They recorded their Nevermind album in May of '91 at Sound City studios in Los Angeles, CA. It was released on September 13, 1991 and went platinum in about three weeks, mostly due to the song Smells Like Teen Spirit, which has been labeled as the anthem of generation X. It went number one on the Billboard 200 chart in January, 1992.After a massive tour in support of Nevermind, Nirvana came back to The States. A collection of B-sides and rarities, called Incesticide was released, and sold well despite very little fanfare. After touring constantly, Nirvana once again returned to the studios in March of 1993 to record their long-awaited new album, In Utero.Originally, DGC was not pleased with the album at all. Their first comment upon hearing the recording was, "Nice demos. When can we expect to hear the finished album?" They thought that it had no commercial value at all, and would let Nirvana's fans down after the slick, radio friendly Nevermind album. A few of the songs were later remixed or rerecorded, but the majority of the album stayed the same. One of the reasons why it may not have sounded quite as sonic as Nevermind is that In Utero was recorded in two weeks. Most of the vocals were done in one day, with the help of a lot of cough syrup, and a lot of the songs were recorded in one take. But, after working out their difficulties with their company, In Utero was released on September 14, 1993 in the United Kingdom. Due to an unforseen delay, it was released in the United States on September 21, 1993. The foreign version also contained a secret track, Gallons of Rubbing Alcohol Flow Through the Strip. It was described as a "Deflated American Dollar Purchase Incentive Track," on a sticker.Nirvana returned to the road, playing in the states and overseas. On January 8, 1994 Nirvana played their final American show in Seattle, Washington. They then toured Europe, playing their last show on March 1 in Munich, Germany. After returning to the United States, Kurt Cobain dissapeared after jumping the wall at the Exodus rehabilitation clinic, where he was undergoing rehab for a heroin addiction. Several days later, on April 8, his body was found by an electrician at his house in Seattle, Washington. Kurt had been dead for several days, the victim of a self inflicted gunshot wound. He left a suicide note near his body, explaning why he had killed himself. Fans still didn't accept his death, and many haven't still.Since Cobain's death, a number of albums have been released including "MTV Unplugged", "From The Muddy Banks of the Wishkah", "Nirvana" (best of), "With the lights out" (box set) and "Sliver: The best of the Box" in 2005.

AC DC

Ac Dc is an Australian Hard Rock band, which is one of the most representative groups nowadays. Some people consider it as the starters of the Heavy Metal music.
It was formed in the 1970 by the Young brothers: Malcolm and Angus Young. They named the band Ac Dc after seeing it at theirs sister’s sewing machine: it is a short way of saying alternating current/direct current, and they thought it would represent the energy of the band. Even though, it has some other meaning which the brothers ignored, like bisexuality or some religious meanings like Anti Crist/Death to Crist, Anti-Christ/Devil Christ, or After Christ/Devil Comes. Anyway, nowadays there are lots of homage spayed to this name.
At the beginning the members of the band were: Young brothers (guitar), Larry Van Kriedt (bass), Dave Evans (singer) and Colin Burgess (drummer). The first thing that made them famous was Angus Young’s (the main guitarist) extravagant style: he always wore his school uniform or some other custom. In 1976 they moved to Britain and almost immediately the top place at the hits, like Let There Be Rock (1977) and Powerage (1978).
Then the band had some changes of members. First Dave Evans was replaced by Bon Scott in 1974, together with a new drummer, Phil Rudd. Then, in 1980, he died because of his alcoholism and was replaced by Brian Johnson. After this, Cliff Williams was incorporated as the new bass. In 1983 Phil Rudd was replaced by Simon Wright and their popularity went down, until 1988, with a hit called Blow Up Your Video.
Some of their greatest hits are: Blow Up Your Video, For Those About to Rock (We Salute You), Flick of the Switch, Fly on the Wall, The Razors Edge, Back in Black, Who Made Who, Let There Be Rock.

Queen: A Band with history

One of the most well-known bands of rock, is the one formed by Freddy Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, John Deacon.
